Elaina Kroll is Co-Founder of Elixir Winery Management and has dedicated her life’s work to the success of those she has worked for. Beginning with a successful career in statewide distribution at Wine Warehouse, Elaina took her expertise to the next level, working with both International and National wineries. She has successfully managed National Sales & Distribution for several brands, initiated business develop for small wineries, and worked as General Manager for two premium estates in Santa Barbara County. She has taken this experience to her clients, assisting them in all levels of winery operations, sales and marketing, and brand development. She has also devoted herself to working in the community, founding The Innocence Mission in 2009 and currently sits on the Santa Barbara County Vintner’s Foundation Board of Directors.
Lindsey Jessup is Co-Founder of Elixir Winery Management and has spent her entire adult life working in the wine industry. Hailing from California’s Great Central Valley, Lindsey was born and raised immersed in agriculture. From the beginning there was a natural love and respect for where food and beverages came from and the effort that went into nurturing the final product. After graduating with a Communication degree from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas, Lindsey was immediately hired by E&J Gallo Winery. With almost 10 years with the winery giant specializing in Trade Hospitality, Wine Education, National Event Marketing and Brand Marking, Lindsey branched out on her own to start LJ Marketing Concepts, a boutique experience marketing solutions firm geared towards wineries, breweries and distilleries. After a successful first year in business, the brainchild of Lindsey and Elaina came to fruition and is now co-owner of Elixir Winery Management.
